CAREER PATHWAYS COODINATOR

Profile

The BTC Career Development Coordinator will work with BTC programs and Director to develop programs of study which demonstrates grades 7-14 pathway with outcomes related to Perkins V target rates, regional workforce needs, and developing communication methods that all VT stakeholders will understand. The position will be responsible for identifying and aligning VT HS Academic proficiencies in each program and creating a collection to share with our partner schools. The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and creating systems for middle school programing with our regional partner schools.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Master’s Degree Preferred in Education or related field

Experience in Career Technical Education & Curriculum

Experience in Diverse Learners, Equity, and Inclusion

Experience with school wide data collection and Perkins Federal Funding

Experience with Vermont High School Academic Graduation Proficiencies & Performance Indicators

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

An understanding of excel, Google Suite, and other technology systems

Licensed Vermont Endorsement in either K-12 Math, Science, English or related CTE endorsement and or willingness to add CTE Endorsement.
