Position Description
Part-Time Position
The Yum! Center for Global Franchise Excellence at the University of Louisville's College of Business seeks to hire one Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR). An EiR is a part-time instructional position. It is expected that the Franchise EiR will teach one course per semester (e.g., 3 credit hours each in Fall and Spring; may teach Summer but will not be required to teach more than two total courses).
The Franchise EiR will function as a resource for inquiries coming into the Center and serve as a representative of the Center at US franchise conferences, with travel expected (budget provided). The outcomes expected are as follows:
Anticipated pay is $30K per year with the initial term of the employment contract will be 1-2 years with a renewal possible.
