Position Description:
Reporting to the Director of Speed School Admissions & Community Engagement, the Assistant Director of Admissions & Outreach plays an integral role in meeting the recruitment and enrollment goals identified by the college's strategic plan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and participating in campus recruiting activities and events, utilize Slate to process freshman and transfer admissions, and manage the outreach efforts of the college. The successful candidate will develop communications to promote the university brand and generate prospects, applicants and yield admitted students, develop and deploy email campaigns to prospects, applicants, accepted students, and cohorts to sustain interest, and analyze recruitment and admissions statistical reports including, but not limited to, studying feeder high schools, transfer schools, demographic trends, and marketing/advertising outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, presentation, computer, and people skills. This position requires a frequent amount of out-of- state travel and weekend hours.
Target Compensation Maximum:
$72,826.00
Target Compensation Minimum:
$47,476.00
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
