The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, is seeking an Infectious Disease physician with expertise in orthopedic infections to integrate care for patients with ortho-related infections. This position would be responsible for the medical management of simple and complex infections on the Ortho ID Service for the UC Health system, a system including the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine, University of Cincinnati Medical Center, UC Physicians, and other affiliated hospitals. The Ortho ID service will provide evidence-based, value based care for a range of orthopedic- related infections. The provider will also be responsible for overseeing the division’s Outpatient Antibiotic Therapy Program and developing an Ortho ID curriculum for ID fellows and orthopedic residents.
