\u003cp\u003eThe Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Physician Assistant (PA) student rotation schedules and credentialing students at the offices, hospitals and surgery centers they may be assigned to for their clinical training.\u0026nbsp; The position manages databases for student clinical rotation scheduling, students\u0026rsquo; patient encounter logging and other information as required by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc. (ARC-PA).\u0026nbsp; The position reports to the PA Program Director.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eSupport Directors of Clinical Education with information about students, clinical training sites and preceptors\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform rotation credentialing for each 6-week core rotation and for each 4-week elective rotation\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eServe as a liaison for students, preceptors, site coordinators, and Information Technology\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage RMS database \u0026ndash; including student rotation assignment and scheduling, preceptor availability and site information\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage Typhon database \u0026ndash; including adding students, and adding and connecting preceptors with sites; performing archival tasks annually\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage clinical rotation sites in the ARC-PA portal\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with additional projects and events as necessary\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003eHigh school diploma or GED and 5-7 years\u0026rsquo; administrative support experience required.\u0026nbsp; Bachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree preferred.\u0026nbsp; Experience working in a team and customer service oriented environment.\u0026nbsp; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cp\u003eComputer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).\u0026nbsp; Ability to use mail merge function of Word.\u0026nbsp; Ability to customize excel spreadsheets to create routine reports.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Ability to learn new computer software as needed for this position, i.e., Typhon and RMS, including the ability to create required reports with Query Builder (a function of RMS).
