Evaluates and analyzes data regarding the delivery and effectiveness of current CCD/ERC programs, services, and engagement initiatives. Reports regularly on their success through dashboards and other metrics, and recommends necessary improvements. Researches current student needs and trends, as well as best practicesat BU and around the countryrelating to academic support and career preparation, and shares those findings through meeting participation, reports, and formal recommendations in order to improve CCD/ERC services and inform development of innovative new programs. Identifies gaps in the menu of CCD and ERC services, programs, and events, and develops new offerings in conjunction with the senior leadership of those offices.

A Bachelors degree is required along with education and/or experience in higher education administration, human resources, career development, or related fields. A Masters degree is preferred. Regular participation in CCD/ERC programs and events held at the Yawkey Center for Student Services and across campus on evenings and weekends, and adaptability to a flexible work schedule are requirements of this position.
