Position Title: Instructional Designers (IDs)

Reports to: Project Manager/ID Leads

Summary: This is an opportunity to be part of a large instructional design team assessing, designing and developing interactive and engaging training materials for Instructor-led, Virtual Instructor-led, E-learning and training support documents. 

Must be eligible to work in the United States. No sponsorships are available at this time. Essential Duties: • Gather and review existing content to use in course development• Assist ID Lead in development of job tasks diagrams and learning maps• Develop e-learning prototypes• Assist ID Lead in development of Learning Experience Design Document as required• Develop E-Learning storyboards• Develop participant and facilitator materials in accordance with client's templates and style guide• Coordinate development of e-learning modules with graphic designers and e-learning developers• Develop assessments according to assessment strategy and design• Implement changes in all materials as identified in quality and client reviews• Assist ID Lead in development and facilitation of Train-the-Trainer walkthrough sessions• Report task progress and hours worked daily

Required Knowledge and Skills: • Working knowledge of training performance needs• Excellent writing skills• Proficient at the development of E-learning storyboards• Working knowledge of conducting assessments and understanding the purpose• Work collaboratively and successfully with all team members• Ability to review and update materials and provide constructive feedback• Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to pre-defined quality standard• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing client deadlines

Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field and 3 years' experience designing and developing corporate training programs or a combination of education and experience• Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging, interactive training materials in Instructor Led, Virtual Instructor Led and e-learning formats with adherence to quality standards'samples required• Experience designing and developing systems training

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
