Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM; and some occasional nights and/or weekends.
The College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment is seeking an experienced administrative professional with a passion for agriculture. This position will serve as the office administrative manager and executive assistant to the Senior Director of Philanthropy and Alumni, as well as, the relationship manager and office manager for the department.
The Executive Assistant will supervise 2 administrative staff and the team will be responsible for also supporting the Associate Senior and Directors of Philanthropy. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing department reporting, goal monitoring, and streamlining of all office procedures and functions. This position must be comfortable talking with and solving problems for donors who call with questions and must be familiar with fundraising processes and have some supervisory experience.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Qualified applicants should have a high degree of computer literacy, management information project management, and customer service skills are a must.

Bachelors degree preferred. Database management experience a plus.
