*Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

*Provide and coordinate professional development related to MTSS and differentiated instruction.  *Responsible for coordinating building wide professional development, conducting secondary observations, coaching and collaborating with teachers. *Responsible for coaching teachers in alignment with the SOEI. *Provide leadership and utilize decision-making skills to oversee the instructional programs and offerings for an entire school. *Interact with school administrators, faculty, social workers, counselors and psychologists, therapists, and other professionals that provide special education services to develop academic plans suited to students at the school.  *Create an educational program and a classroom environment that is multicultural/gender and ability fair/developmentally appropriate, is favorable to learning and growth and is based on a commitment that all children can learn.

*Must posess a current Minnesota teaching license in a related area. *3 or more years of classroom teaching experience preferred *Leadership experience preferred


Final candidates may be invited to interview with a committee. Final appointment to this position will be contingent upon passing a criminal background check.
