KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Executive Education to join our Learning & Development organization.
Responsibilities:
Utilize instructional design, adult learning principles and innovation strategies in the conception, design and development of digital and live virtual/in-person learning experiences for external learning and development programs
Lead the curriculum development for prioritized leadership, business, and technical finance and accounting areas, including identifying key stakeholders, collaborating with subject matter professionals (SMPs), developing curriculum strategy, managing budget, and prioritizing course development
Stay current on issues and trends affecting clients and maintain stakeholder partnerships to identify new opportunities and contribute to the growth of Executive Education's overall catalog of learning solutions
Collaborate with KPMG SMPs, external universities, vendors and others to create content supportive of learning strategy that delivers an exceptional client experience
Maintain oversight of team members developing learning assets and contribute to the rollout and implementation of deliverables
Lead the design and development of client-specific training as opportunities arise
Qualifications:
A minimum of ten years of recent Learning & Development (L&D) experience in a corporate environment; experience designing Leadership Development programs preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or international equivalent license and/or experience in Big Four (audit, internal audit, accounting, finance) is a plus
Excellent writing skills with the ability to write clearly, concisely and understandably and sequence information in a logical order
Able to build and maintain strategic, trusting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners and be recognized by stakeholders as a respected team member
Ability to travel up to 25% at times
