ELC Program Assistant

Profile

The English Language Center Program Assistant plays an important role in supporting English Language Center operations to ensure excellent student service and the smooth functioning of the program. The duties include:
Respond to prospective student inquiries
Process student requests for letters of support, certificates, and transcripts
Post photos and event information on the ELC Facebook page
Perform routine website maintenance
Process payment for scholarship recipients
Assist with data entry
Assist with CASAS testing
Assist with ELC activities
Requirements:
HS diploma, AA preferred
Fluency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of database systems
Knowledge of social media
Excellent organization and communication skills
Experience working with a diverse student population required
Ability to speak another language strongly desired
